Semi-transparent start menu

Semi-transparent start menu, mildy semi-transparent on hover, No windows button (Min, Max, Close) button apperar on hovering. This VS is for pro only.

Author Notes: This LunaInspirat VS mod does not show windows buttons (close, min, max) by default (see the preview) so obviously, this VS is for pro only: you know exactly where the buttons are :) (even so, it takes me several minutes to get used to but once you are used to it, it's sweet)
